This delivery version for ‘The Changemaker Way’ is a facilitated group online program in the comfort of your home or with you on your world schooling journey. The Changemaker Way Program is meticulously designed to help teenagers let go of contention and discover a profound connection, leading to alignment and hence the authentic version of themselves. From the struggle of contention, the teenager often begins their way on the changemaker journey in the state of feeling lost, anxious, apathetic, bored or confused. Step one of the program entails profound self-discovery questions and ignites the passion for creating their unique one and five-year vision. For older teens, the ten-year vision can also be completed if desired. In step two, they share their hero’s journey to bring together and create a meaningful action plan in step 3. We now have what it takes for clarity and focus, and the young people can change their own lives, their families and the local community. Step 4 prepares the project for sharing with the world! If the teenager wants to continue with the process of learning and earn from their passion project and duplicate it, ‘The Changemaker Way’ allows for this in step 5.
This journey of discovery, creation and living their Changemaker Way is completed in eight 2 hour interactive online sessions allowing the teens to meet other young people from around the country or the world. Since we are raising changemakers together, teen and adult mentors will be our guests (some in real-time, some via a recording) and share their journey to inspire and inform the learners! The program will follow the downloadable steps of “The Changemaker Way” and allow the teenagers to clearly understand what they want to learn and how to get there. Parents attend the last day to see first-hand what their teenager has discovered and how they can support them moving forward.
